We have gone camping with out Dutch Ovens for many years and they are all well worn. The food is great but the one hassle was cooking them in the firepit because of needing to add coals and it being on the ground. This serves the need very well. It saves you having to bend over and tend to the coals as well as letting you start the coals higher. You can stack the ovens just like on the ground.
Well worth getting if you are a big Dutch Oven Chef. we bought the carrying case which is very nice however the stove folds into itself so that the stove ie very easy to transport without the case. The case however is great for when storing the stove when not in use,
