Keeping some of my food stuffs protected from air or water is often a challenge. Some items, like pasta, and baking products, were solved years ago by specialty companies. However, none of their products seemed to fill my requirements for preserving my coffee. Recently I found "Lock and Lock" products, and found them superior.
The 7.6 Cup Rectangular Storage is perfect for my needs. This fits easily in my cupboard, and holds the entire bag of coffee. The coffee stays fresh for a very long time. Whether I am storing coffee beans or ground coffee makes no difference, both are well protected.
This storage product is easy to use. The "lock and lock" seal is impressive. It fits gently on the top of the container, and the four (4) locks are simple to use. As I snap each lock, I can see the seal function. When all four locks are in place, the seal is tight enough that it does not allow the entry of air or water. As a test, I put it in water, then removed it, opened it and examined it - no water got inside the unit.
I recommend the Lock & Lock. I like this product and intend to order a few more.
