Customer Review: I love this thing

I've been using this tumbler for more than a year now and I love it. The push-button valve is very handy, capacity is great, and it insulates really well. I bought one for my brother, and his only problem is that his coffee doesn't cool down fast enough for him to sip on the way to work. I also like the size and shape of the container.
Very minor drawbacks:
1. You have to be careful when popping the push-button valve. Often there is some residual liquid in the well around the cap that will splash out. This is mostly a problem when filling the container too high, which causes some of the liquid to end up in the well. I always screw the cap on with the valve open, then close the valve, to minimize pressure build up, and to allow any extra liquid to escape into the well, rather than spilling out the sides where the cap threads on. To avoid this you can hold the button when you release it so it doesn't pop. And sipping off any residual liquid before closing.
2. The yellow Armstrong band around the cap has swelled a bit over time and doesn't sit tightly in the groove anymore. You can still get it seated but it will shift as it's handled. I keep thinking about glueing it in place but worry about dirt getting trapped at the edges. I've sorta gotten used to it being a little loose. This is mostly a cosmetic issue but partially an ergonomics issue too.
