i have done research looking for some good coasters and decided to get these. they do a good job and look nice! i am happy i got them. they didn't get the best review on the internet buy yet i am satisfied with them. i use them all the time and just like the bamboo look and the color! i would recommend them to anyone! it's worth it!Customer Review: overall happy with them so far

I purchased these coasters as a gift for a friend who is a fan of bamboo. I have not used them. They look nice, bit I was a bit disappointed. They have a softer, lighter and classier look in the picture than the actual coasters that I received. I gave these coasters 3 stars because, although I like them and based on the material think they will be durable (and they look nice enough), I think they could use a varnish coat because the wood is a bit rough on those blunt edges in the middle of the coaster. (also)bamboo holder can fit into any furniture decor. In the past I
kept my coasters hidden until needed. I keep these coasters in the open.
If I had more guests I'd order the same product.

As others have stated, these coasters do an awful job of absorbing any water, whatsoever. However, they are nice to look at, and are functional, until your glass starts sweating.
I've since returned these and have bought absorbent sandstone coasters.
