I had noticed quite a buildup of lint in my dryer and progressively longer dry times over the past couple of years. My washer and dryer were located 20 feet from the exterior vent so I bought the system and extension kit.
The system worked great with my cordless drill providing the drive to turn the brush. It took some time to clean out my whole vent (including some nesting materials) and I had my teenage son help. The only extra tool you may need handy is a couple of pliers to unscrew the sections from one another (they can get more than hand tight from use).
This was well worth the money and now my clothes dry in 40% less time.
