I've used other book lights before and this one is the best! I agree with the other reviewers that it's easy to scratch, but you don't notice it on the page. I read laying down and it doesn't bother me to have to take it out to turn the pages. The light's bright enough that you can keep it on one side of the book without moving it from one side to the other. I love it, and so does my boyfriend who has to put up with me reading in the middle of the night!Customer Review: Ok But I wouldn't buy another.

This product lights the page very well but...
It is uncomfortable to hold & inconvenient to move with each page. I have only had mine for a short time, only used it on a few occassions and it is already terribly scratched and even chipped despite my efforts to be careful with it. I have been using book lights for years and this is one of the worst I have ever owned. I will definitely go back to a rechargable clip-on.

The Lightwedge Original is great for reading the Bible in bed or studying for school. I purchased the Original when they first came out and enjoy using it. This product is ideal if you don't want to keep your companion up just because you have to be.
For Christmas, I purchased one for a few of my family members and for those that didn't get one last year - expect to receive one this year(smile).

This is certainly not the cheapest or most universal book lihgt and for travelers it might be a bit bulky and sensible to scratches, but for those who like to read in bed and do not want to disturb others, this is the best solution I have found. I like the LightWedge Original LED Book Light a little better than the paperback version that I own as well, since I feel it lights the page more evenly.Customer Review: THE BEST READING LIGHT EVER!

This is the best reading light ever! I have tried others only to find the glare from the light on the page distracting! With the lightwedge there is no glare and the light is on all the text. This light also is not distracting to others who are sitting by me when I'm using it. I like it so much that my family and friends are getting it as a gift for the holidays!
