I ordered two, since the product title is "range top shaker." I knew there'd be no difference in the salt and pepper holes (because these appear identical to the Gemco set my folks already have that I was replacing), so it made sense that they might sell one at a time. Lo and behold, they are sold in pairs. Also, the glass (in my sets) isn't smooth like those shown, but ribbed. Each one is 4.5 oz, not 6.0 oz as in the product description.

I gave these 3 stars because I'm sure they will function fine when they are full, but the tops were a little difficult to screw back on. They are not fully threaded on the inside. Instead, they have three small ridges that catch the threads on the base.
