This company shipped to right away. UPS messed up the address, but it finally arrived. The pitcher was "Broken"!!!! I was a little upset, but the customer service over at Drillspot provided whatever assistance they could to get me a new pitcher. I really appreciated that. Otherwise, I love this item. I love glass. The goblets are beautiful and a great deal. Unfortunately, the pitcher has a very narrow base - and was slightly uneven. It fell over the second time I used it and shattered. If you just want the glasses, go for it. If you want a long-lasting pitcher, I would look elsewhere.Customer Review: Love this set!
