The item them selves are beautiful. However they didnt pack the item for shipping. When I opened the box all but one of the glasses were broken. It was packed so horrible. It was packed worse than if you had picked it up at a store. I dont know what to do about getting my money back so I have opted to just keep the pitcher. and single glass.
