Customer Review: I used one in every room in my rental and they worked wonders!

I have a single family rental property. My "not so clean" tenants allowed the house to become infested with mice. I don't want to elaborate on the infestation but let's just say I don't think too many people will have this severe a problem.
Under the circumstances I didn't know what to expect from these pc12 devices. I didn't want the mice to damage the house so I purchased a device for each and every room including all the basement rooms. I told my tenants to make sure both red and green lights were always flashing and told them not to block the devices with anything.
The tenants said there was an improvement within hours! They also said there are no more poops laying around and/or noise in the walls. One mouse did come back in the house days later but let itself get caught in a snap trap where as before the tenants never caught any. I don't know if the devices had anything to do with that but I thought I would mention it.
This was a true test to put these devices through. That is why I am writing this review. If these could get rid of the problem in my rental then I know they can work. Just remember to put one in each room. I know that is more than the recommended amount but they will work if you use a lot of them. I also understand some of you may be hesitant to spend the money but I figured it was still cheaper than an exterminator and these really can work. In fact they are still working wonders in my rental to this day!
