I have a Morkie (Yorkie and Maltese), he is 2 years old, about 5 lbs. I got the medium because he is long. It was a little awkward at first to get him situated in it, but I have it down now. I put the pack on me first and leave the left side closed. I slip him in sideways putting his left leg into the leg hole first, and then batten up the right side. I take him on bike rides to the Post Office, and slip the mail behind his back. My Morkie LOVES IT! It is very comfortable for him, and for me. When I get out the pack, he is ready to go! Well worth the price!
