I purchased these to use with my Lodge Cast Iron Skillet. They fit over the handle easy. Not an overly tight fit, they slide on and off easily. You can still feel the heat through the silicone, but it is not over whelming and you can still pick up the skillet. Much better than accidently touching a cast iron pan with nothing covering the handle. Good product, I am not aware of better products out there, I would recommend this to someone using cast iron, as it helps you from accidently burning yourself and makes the pans more manageable.Customer Review: Silicone handle sleeve

I really enjoy cooking with my cast iron pan so I do it often and having a cool handle to grab when it's on the stove top is great. The handle slides on and off easily. Its tight enough to grip the handle, but loose enough to slide on with only a little pressure and easy enough to take off when putting the pan in the oven.Customer Review: Nice little gadget

This works well with my skillets and some pots. It does not fit as snugly as I would like and I have to get a tight grip so it won't slip off when I lift the pan. Still, much easier than the usual hot pad.Customer Review: great product!!!
