I bought this french oven not expecting it to be as wonderful as it is. Absolutely nothing sticks to the inside, it's easy to clean, cooks uniformly, and looks good on the table. Ouch is this stuff expensive! But rarely do you get a product that does exactly what you expect it to do. It cleans up so easy, cooks everything so perfectly. I love the damn thing.
If you have the cash you must have one - and this is the perfect size. It will last generations.

This was a gift from my husband & is definately the best gift he ever gave me. I accidently let chili burn in the pot & it cleaned up just fine. It looks new. If a fire erupts in my home, I'm rescuing the Le Creuset, not the family photo album! I'm serious.
