This is an excellent product. It allows frying one to two servings, using less oil because the pan is so small. Frying the same quantity in a 8 inch or 9 inch skillet requires the use of more oil. However, this skillet is not a non-stick product. Due to the very small size, it is not very heavy and is easy to clean.
