This skillet is terrific. Very even heat distribution, cleans up easily, browns perfectly. Omelets don't stick, and pan-seared steaks finished in the oven have turned out great. Frying pans without a non-stick surface are notorious for sticking, but this releases very well. It is very thick, heavy iron, so it is slower to heat, but it cooks and sears extremely well. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Everything sticks to this pan!

Doesn't need curing. Large enough to fry four whole chicken breasts. Oven safe. Enamel finish is BEAUTIFUL. The skillet just SCREAMS quality. Expensive, but worth every penny.
