I remembered several years ago that my mother had said that she had always wanted a lava lamp, so being the good son that I am, I found this one for her birthday. I had no idea that you could get a lava lmp of this size and I must say that my mother loves it. There were no problems what so ever in it's operation. She followed the directions and it worked. Let the lamp "warm up" the first time until it is well heated then let it cool. After that it's good to go. At any rate she loves it.Customer Review: Garbage Grandes.........

These lamps are JUNK. They are made in China and are pure garbage. I only bought mine to dump the contents and replace the wax and fluid. After that its the BEST thing going. Looks great. The lava lamp is awesome. I put it in my classroom for my students to use with writing and adjectives etc....the atmosphere it creates is very unique and stylish. It was packaged well and has never looked cloudy. It is so clear and I love, love, love it!!!
