Customer Review: Nice fan but

It doesn't circulate fast enough for me. I only feel the cool air when it's blowing directly on me and if it does that it's almost too much. There is no happy medium for me with this fan. I like my holmes blizzard little fan much better. I can feel the cool air. I think stand fans are also better than this one. Don't know if it had anything to do with my higher electricity bill this month but I have been running this fan almost non-stop for the last month and my bill was about 80 dollars higher.
