I've used the dough press to make empanadas three times in as many weeks and am thoroughly satisfied. It is just the right size for 1/4 to 1/3 cup ingredients of chicken and cheese mixture, although it even accommodated 1/2 cup. Shipping was super fast from this company, which was helpful over the holidays. Target said this was a seasonal item; I looked high and low for a local source and could not find one. Thanks for a cost-effective solution to my dilemma. My empanadas were delicious!
