Customer Review: good lunch box for kids

I have been using this style lunch box for over a year with my older child and got the same one for my son entering kindergarten next fall. Here are things that work well for us:
My son can see most of the food as soon as he opens his lunch (we had trouble with him only eating 1 or 2 items when we used containers that didn't show him the food).
I use the bins to organize his lunch. I always include a fruit, vegetable (usually in form of chips), and a grain/protein combo and each food type has a bin. For some reason, it became a lot easier for me when I got this set, looking at the bins in the morning helps me remember what I put into each.
Both kids can easily open the containers (also a problem with other stuff we've tried).
My son has been using his for over a year and the outer cloth container shows a fair amount of wear but is holding up well, we will probably get another year out of it before it needs to be replaced. The inner containers look great and show no wear from their daily use.
Some stuff we've had to adjust to:
Making sure to clean the containers every night. If you can afford it, get a set of extra containers to make this easier. It took me a year to convince myself it was worth the money for extra sets, but I've found it worth it.
Expensive.
Making food fit the containers. I sometimes have to be creative how I cut stuff up to make it fit nicely in the containers.
