I bought this as a gift for a relative who admired mine, bought in a hardware store 30 years ago for about $5. I looked everywhere for this incredibly useful kitchen tool--this is the only one I could find and it is just about identical. Sturdy, three-tined, easy-to-manipulate for a variety of tasks. It has a walnut handle and my old one is oak but otherwise it's the same wonderful tool. Why did I have to look so hard to find it?
