Customer Review: Great knife but it broke easily
Summary: 3 Stars
This is probably one of the sharpest ceramic knives that I've tested but it breaks really easily. I bought this to test it against a line of knives that we plan on selling on Amazon.
When this knife gets stressed, it may not chip at that moment but within a day or two it will chip where it was stressed.
Very sharp but probably not as good as our line of Keuken Ceramic knives that has an "Unbreakable" characteristic. Our unbreakable knives will be out in 2011.
Overall, this is a VERY sharp and a pretty good knife.
