I am very pleased with this product. It is well engineered and cooks perfectly. My only complaint is that hand cleaning the lid can be a little difficult. But I'm not sure if there is a better "dishwasher safe" way to design the lid. So, I can't really hold this against them. We have three Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers that we use almost every time we cook - this is the main cookware we use. It's fast, easy, and it saves energy because it takes less time to cook. I know it sounds silly, but I love my pressure cooker. It's easy to use and not at all intimidating. I can have a healthy meal on the table in minutes.
