This is the best whisk! I needed to replace an old silicone one I had that was 1/2 broken, so I found the Kuhn on the internet. I wasn't crazy about all the colors, but with the exception of one review, people seemed very pleased with its performance. Afterall, its importance is to work well in my kitchen before matching my kitchen. I used it for the first time last night and I completely agree with the rave reviews! It gets into all the corners and it whipped my sauce very lightly but completely, making it extremely smooth. One review complained that she thought it was too flimsy. On the contrary. It was very sturdy and flexible which is what every cook wants when whipping up a fabulous sauce. I Loved It and can't wait to use it again!
