For those who have expresso makers you will find that the 12 Krupps is all that you need if you go by the Golden rule 1/3 espresso, 1/3 hot 1/2 to 1 % mils and 1/3 froth. If you wich to go larger heat the milk in the microwave because trying to use the 20 oz froth pitcher is difficult at best for you can't get the steam nozzle into the milk unless you have almost 14 ozs in it. The other thing I would like to mention is that you don't need a thermometer just hold your hand on the bottom of the froth pitcher and when it get warm bring the nozzle to just below the surface and it will start frothing the milk and by the time the fropthing is done you will have 165 to 180 degrees so enjoy.
