the blinking red light on the coffee maker was driving me crazy(I found out later it can be toggled off!), and department stores seemed to dismiss these as trivial items not worthy of stocking. Amazon was the perfect marketplace for the purchase. Confirmed the product was correct from here @ home, and placed the order-good fair price, and the filers arrived as promised, packaged nicely, and my minor morning coffee making annoyance is gone!Customer Review: Don't Sell Your Product Without It's Parts

I beleive I am one of many who are upset with the makers of this product. I've had my Braun coffee maker for a while now and have been searching everywhere to find a filter for it. No one has it and no one provides it anymore. So I turned to the internet thinking I would have some luck there. I was wrong. Why would you sell a product and not offer the parts anymore? Is there another filter I can use instead? Please let me know.Customer Review: They are OK

The filters work OK for filters. I have very hard water & I always filter the water for my coffee maker anyway. Must not be doing a good job of filtering because my coffee pot requires cleaning often. 2 different filterings is required if I want to keep a coffee maker any length of time. I do think the dual filter design needs improvement because many times the filter floats upward after adding the water to the resivour.Customer Review: Where are you people looking for filters?

I am not sure where these people are looking for filters. Generally, I find they are available through higher end retailers like Macy's and Bed Bath n Beyond. Here is a little secret. You can order direct from the company!!!! All you have to do is read your owner's manual and the phone number is in there. Magic! Problem solved. I believe the filter is an excellent idea and Krups is a great product. I am sold!Customer Review: These filters are a great idea

I believe that the reason why some people are having difficulty finding these filters is because the coffe makers, Crystal arome (model #398) and Crystal arome time (model #458) have been discontinued, these filters fit those models. But as someone else has mentioned you can buy the filters on-line. Simple solution.You can go to krups.com to find out more about the discontinued coffee makers.
