Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Krups 203-70 Electric Coffee and Spice Grinder with Stainless-Steel blades, WhiteCustomer Review: perfect addition to my kitchen Summary: 5 Stars
I should have bought a grinder years ago. Didn't know what I was missing. This handy item works great and is easy to use. At first the coffee was weak, but I kept adding more beans and not grinding them down so much and worked out the perfect result after a few cups. I add 'no-sugar added' Silk soy milk and Agave nector from the health food section of my local chain grocery store. It's also saving me a ton on lattes and gas at the drive-through.
Customer Review: Best all-around classic coffee grinder Summary: 5 Stars
I have used this coffee grinder for years. My old one started making a funny noise after 10+ years of use. It still works, but when I saw that they were still making this grinder, I bought a new one just in case. This thing will last forever, plus it is small and doesn't take up much counter space. It is also relatively quiet. If you want a no-nonsense durable grinder, this is the best one, and you cant beat the price!
Customer Review: Great for grinding spices Summary: 4 Stars
I use this exclusively to grind spices for cooking. It does the job. I only wish there was a exclusive spice grinder that is affordable. The holding container is a bit too large to grind spices, so sometimes it misses some. But if you grind enough, it usually gets everything. Frankly, this is not the fault of this coffee grinder, This product is great
It is small and compact. Very easy to clean.
Customer Review: Purchased for $19.99 from JandR - excellent grinder for spices Summary: 4 Stars
Purchased this for $19.99 from JandR. Item was quickly shipped and the product was as described.
We purchased this basically to grind Indian spices and the little machine does a wonderful job.
Compared to the cusinart coffee grinder, this one grinds spices much finer resulting in softer and smooth powder.
The only downside is its a bit difficult to clean underneath the blades.
Customer Review: Wonderful spice grinder as well as coffee mill Summary: 5 Stars
I recommend this grinder as your primary spice mill.
I learned a great tip by breaking nutmeg or cinnamin with the flat part of a knife and give it a smack with the palm of your hand. Toast the broken spices in a medium-high heated pan. Place the toasted spices into the Krups coffee mill to grind to the right consitancy.
Wonderful flavor. Wonderful cooking tool as a spice mill.
