I usually don't like to clutter the kitchen with one-use gadgets, but this thing sure is fun. Try fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and parmesan on italian bread, or turkey, swiss, and thousand island on white. It's foolproof--in four minutes the bread is crispy and golden on the outside, the cheese melts perfectly, and the whole thing cleans with a paper towel wipe down. Being from australia, i loved our jaffel maker over there. I needed a replacement since being in america and i brought this sandwich maker. It works well. A little time consuming with the clean up. I likes when my bread used to be larger than the actual machine so it would create a hard crust, this never seems to happen though. It works great for small/medium sandwiches but not so great on heavy meat filled sandwiches. I have to give it 5 out of 5 stars because its not a flaw in the grill since it wasn't designed to make large meat filled sandwiches. It has a nice small foot print and can sit on its side as to not take up much cabinet space.Customer Review: Great Item

Bought this from another web site for 12.99 and it works great. Makes nice crisp sandwiches and very little mess to clean up. All I do is wipe it clean with a rag when I'm done. It takes about 4 minutes to warm up and about 4-5 minutes to cook. We really like this item.Customer Review: Good food on the go!!

I bought this toaster because I wanted to get quick lunch to my work place. This thing rocks!! Cheese and lettuce to make a whacky combination or hash brown and cheese. Best of all it's so compact and sleek. I recommend it to anyone who wants fast, tasty and healthy food!
