I ordered the Krupps Stainless Steel Frothing Pitcher. It came promptly. It is beautiful! The design lets you hold the handle with all of your fingers and not touch the pitcher, so you don't burn your hand. I am very satisfied with the design, quality, and aesthetics of the pitcher. I have used it only once, and the only complaint I have has to do with the short steaming arm on my own cappuccino machine - makes it hard to reach the bottom of the pitcher. But you wouldn't want the pitcher any smaller or more shallow.Customer Review: best size you can buy!!

i owned the 12 and 20 ounce pitchers!!! i needed one after our home burned down for use with my hamilton beach espresso machine i had purchased(an excellent machine-see my review). i purchased this 20 ounce pitcher which is all you will need..the 12 ounce is too small if you like alot of milk..use this one!!
this came in its krups box and is great quality and will last you a lifetime...you can't beat this price 9.99!!! it's crazy!!!i paid over 20.00 for mine from macy's years ago

Yes, it's cheap and 20oz. is a good size. But, the handle is thin and probably feels more flimsy than it is, but that feeling and shape makes it awkward to hold, at least for me.
Also, since online retailers like Amazon like to avoid mentioning country of origin for obvious reasons, let me share that this item, like many made by Krups, is made in China. This might be an issue for you if you care about avoiding support of regimes that have records of human rights abuses.

razor-sharp lip of the pitcher.. I hadn't realized it was so sharp, until I accidentally ran my finger
across it the wrong way, and
Was it really necessary for KRUPs to make this with a super sharp rim ?
Will have to see if I can buffer the steel edge out a little bit without ruining it.

for expresso lovers, having a expresso machine at home. this product produces max. foam (plz. read my review on expresso caprisso to know how to achieve max.foam)
The design is very, very scientific. I tried a similar height and volume cup; but got bad results.
The BAD part : The edges are very sharp, while cleaning with hands, be VERY, VERY careful. You might end up cutting yourself !! I take away a whole 2 stars because of this suffered twice.
