because when they arrived, they had a deep surface crack, obvious from early in the manufacturing stage. The Amazon supplier replaced the 3 that were cracked and they are performing as expected. It took awhile to get replacements but they came within 3 weeks of reporting the problem. We are pleased...they are very different.
