This oven series (this model and many others like it) made by Whirlpool has a well-known and documented manufacturer's defect.
When you attempt to use the self-clean feature, the oven fails afterwards and the repair requires a technician's visit and a new part. This happens EVERY time you use the oven's self clean feature.
