Customer Review: The first thing I reach for when baking

While I only have the tablespoon and teaspoon measures, I've been using them for years and are the first gadget I reach for when baking (the second is a good digital scale). These spoons are heavy, durable, and so far have stood up to dishwasher cleaning. The little thumb slide doohickey does need to be popped off for cleaning, but doing so takes no effort. Both the spoon and the thumb slide get tossed into the cutlery basket.
I have my choice of various measuring spoon sets, but the KitchenArt spoons are my favorite and most used. In fact I misplaced the tablespoon at one point and felt the need to replace it immediately! That's how much I've come to rely on these spoons. If there was any wish for product improvement, it might be to have a smaller increments (say, the 2-1/4 tsp. mark to use for yeast), but they are totally functional and great to use as is.
