I borrowed my best friend's a few months ago and started using it for EVERYTHING! So I got one for Christmas and have used it a ton already. I got on the Kitchenaid website and bought an extended warranty for mine which was only 33.00 for 3 years. Just love mine, and it is so appealing to the eye too. Am planning to buy the three piece attachment set, I do agree with others that it is expensive but I would like to get the most out of my mixer and don't mind paying extra for good quality!Customer Review: As they promised

I ordered the mixer thinking that there was a small possiblity of dealy or problems because it was the first time I asked something via Internet. But in the contrary everything was easy, practical and ir was givenn to me the confidence that my order was going to arrive. In fact it did and now I have a splendid mixer that helps me actualize (form Plato) everything that was just as a potency in my imaginary beakery.
Thanks for making a promise and Fulfilling it.

I honestly do not know how anyone would ever bake without this wonderful mixer. While it is a little heavy (26 pounds), once you find a permanent home for it on the counter, it will work just as beautifully as it looks! This was actually a present for my wife and honestly she has made more delicious treats in the past 2 weeks than she has in the 6 years we have known each other because it makes baking so much easier. Customer service is fantastic. The plastic pouring spout arrived broken and within one week the part was replaced without any difficulty. I qualify my review with four stars because the product is new and so far has had little use. The mixer is very solid, appears to be of quality construction, the instructions are clear and the mixer is easy to use. It did arrive in a slightly damaged box that included a minor scratch on the top of the mixer. The product is quit heavy and possibly should have been shipped in a more substantial container. Bottom line, my wife loves it.
