Customer Review: Works as long as you aren't lazy!

Beats the hand crank version but lazy on this end getting the mixer out to attach it to. So not it's fault at all. Didn't get the other attachments that make ravoli. Just wanted to make simple noodles period and even then sheets of noodles is fine as I can cut my own. Hint for newbies to making your own noodles. For years I've just taken the noodles and piled each long noodle onto itself sort of making a nest out of it placed on a clean cotton dish towel or wax paper and let them air dry. Then pick these nests of noodles up and store in air tight jars or canisters. Works and keeps well for me but we live in more dry climate in Montana. Didn't make noodles in IA when we lived their in part because of the humidity. You can do as many recommend and store in freezer but we always have to many other needs for freezer space when they keep just fine in a gallon jar or even heavy duty plastic zip bag. Oh jar works better as once they are dry they tend to want to break up easy. Freezing while still pliable helps prevent breakage. We don't mind either way with some breakage. We also make noodles to enjoy fresh more often than not too. Think outside the box and use your noodle often:)))
