Fast Shipping and great product. It is way more powerful than the Artisan series that I first bought. I would advise spending the extra money and getting this one. It is quieter than expected (about like the Artisan) and performs better. I like the extra features like the slow startup and It has not strained like the Artisan did with pizza dough. I recently bought the KitchenAid Professional 600 series 6-quart mixer which I love by the way. I have not mixed any bread, only cakes and the only thing I would change about it is the space between the paddle and the bowl. Disconnecting the paddle and trying to remove batter off the paddle is a challenge but the bowl allows me to double my recipe with ease. I use it everyday and would recommend it to anyone.Customer Review: Better than Artisan

Going in, I had my doubts about buying a Professional series verses Artisan series mixer. I don't doubt anymore, this was the best investment I made for my kitchen. It's helped me in numerous recipes when I could have used an extra pair of hands for complex mixing. I ordered the KA 600 Professional model in licorice. It was a great deal, but I had to have a carpenter come out to raise a shelf so it would fit on my countertop, so be careful when you order. Otherwise, it has plenty of power. You won't be sorry.

Me and my wife are very happy with the mixer, which seems to do its job.
The problem is that we couldn't get the refund because of technical nonsense. Next time we won't take those "refunds" as a buying consideration.
