Made in China, but works well so far. It is worth buying the 300 model to get all three attachments. The blender can be used in a hot sauce pan which makes cleanup a snap.
Whisk works fine and the chopper functions as a mini food processor. Speeds are adjustable and the cord is long enough for most jobs. Comes with a washable storage bag for the body, whisk, & blender attachments. Some of the parts CANNOT go in the dishwasher. Well worth the money and the Amazon.com price is a savings.

This hand held blender is well made, strong, fast and quiet. It makes short work of routine chopping and blending chores. Too, it opens the door for experimentation with things like salsas, smoothies and batters that I would be interested in, but ordinarily would not do for the sake of time. You should definitely purchase this model because the accessories are useful tools, not clutter. Cleanup is a breeze. I bought this because countertop blenders occupy more space than their use warrants.Highly recommended.Customer Review: Awesome, Great, Incredible.

I love this machine. It does everything you need for blending, mixing, chopping, etc. The 9-level power that you can adjust is very helpful to mix different materials with desired speed not to mess up with your dish. It's very powerful and also easy to use. It doesn't take that much space of your kitchen and is easy to store too. With this multifunction tool you don't need to buy other machines like food processors or mixers or whatever. My husband bought me this for Christmas. When I opened it the blade attachment had some problem attaching due to some extra plastic in the housing area. I called kitchenaid up and they replaced the blade and gave me an extra chopping bowl with it. I was very happy with the service and the one year full replacement guarantee. Love my kitchenaid products. The quality and service cannot be beat. And, this item is super easy to use and so helpful....better than pulling out my big and bulky food processor.Customer Review: Worth the cost

If you can get this immersion blender set for under $80, it's a steal. You don't have to transfer the hot items into a food processor then back to the pot. You can just blend the items in the pot and there are various speed settings. The cord is fairly long and the food processor attachment is awesome, especially for making pesto. I haven't tried the whisk yet. Cleanup is simple as well, just rinse with hot soapy water. I haven't found anything wrong with it yet.
