I trust kitchenaid and this is another example of a great product. It's quiet and not so big that it over powers the counter. I love how easy it cleaned up. I have been pleased with the 9 cup. It's so quiet and quick. Though it is a bit heavy to drag out of the cabinet, I'm using it regularly. Good Machine for home use. The bowl is a bit shallow so food may drip out of center. It chops well with just a few pluses.Doesn't liquidfy everything. I use it everyday. Easy to clean the motor is completely incased in it's housing.
