This is exactly what I needed for my KitchenAid mixer. We received it as a wedding gift, but the flat beater was missing. Quick service, great product - what more could I want? Make sure you find the correct style for your mixer, though. They have different lengths and shapes and if it's wrong, it won't properly mix the items in the bowl.
