The KitchenAid All Purpose Scraper is an excellent kitchen tool! You'll find soooo many uses for it - be sure to get the RED one so you can find it in a hurry! The ruler on the edge is unexpected, but very useful. We use this scraper every time we're in the kitchen. Great for scraping pizza stone, cookie sheets, well, anything before washing - counter top, sticky raisins and stuff off the floor, gunk in the microwave, etc. Does not scratch. I bought this so when I chop small items I can pick them up in one fell swoop. It does just that. I find it a handy gadget to have around. I haven't used it for the purpose for which it was made, dough, but I'm sure it would do just fine. It appears well made and I am not sorry I bought it.Customer Review: Scraper
