Just a thing of beauty and useful too. Good as Le Creuset and much less expensive. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have three pc's of every thing Le Creuset makes, but good Lord! they sure are proud of it aren't they?!
This KitchenAid casserole is heavy, well made and up to the job of roasting a whole turkey or a huge roast with all the trimmings. You could double the Beef Bourg. recipe which I need to do for my Christmas dinner next year.
