It is easy to use but the bad news is that not all the water drains out which, I found out, causes sprouts not to grow & in particular, broccoli sprouts to smell putrid & not sprout at all! I would rinse 6-7 times a day & have had marginal success with any of the sprouts that I use. Today I did some research & discovered that you absolutely must do evertying to make sure no water remains in the containers. I haven't given up but think I may go back to the old fashioned way of sprouting...a jar & cheesecloth!
