Customer Review: Looks nice - low quality

It looks nice and worked well for a year or so. It stopped working recently, I took it apart to see if it could be fixed, and found the problem was that a number of the little gears are made of plastic. A tooth on one of them broke off and now the timer doesn't wind up. After looking at the inside of it, I'm surprised mine lasted this long - and if it had seen any sort of abuse I'm sure it wouldn't have. I definitely do not recommend this product to anyone.
