Customer Review: Not a good cup of coffee

I have tried several brands and types of coffee and tea with this machine. I have not found one that is really good. The coffee comes out weak, the hot chocolate is just awful (think slightly muddy water), and the teas are not that great. I wish I had not purchased this. I have lots of k-cups but I prefer to use my regular drip coffee maker. I have the Perfect Pod accessory and the coffee still is not as good as a regular drip coffee maker. Concept good, taste not so good.
