This pan is all right. It took forever to scrub the coating off so that I could season it.
The pan is thinner than most people would probably prefer--probably smaller, too. If I could do it again, I'd get a cast-iron one instead. It's hard to find a cast-iron stir-fry pan with a flat bottom, though, but they do exist. I have some big cast-iron skillets that are pretty much just as good for the purpose, though--so I don't feel compelled to get a cast-iron wok or stir-fry pan.
This pan is still good to have around, though. It's nice to have another metal to cook with, for variety and for a different flavor (even if I don't use it as often).
