I bought one for myself a few years ago at a TJ Maxx home store in Indy. Believe it or not, I got it because of the recipe picture on the pan and it was awesome! I bought my last pan for my sister as a birthday present. I love the way you can cut the cheesecake in squares. I normally cover the bottom with non-stick foil and slide it right off of the pan onto a foil-covered cardboard round. That way I'm not cutting in the pan.Customer Review: Odd size

I have already used this pan several times in just a couple of months. It is fairly sturdy, but after careful use, it already has visible scratches on the inside. The only real problem I've had is the odd size doesn't fit any of my cake covers. Regarding the price: I think it was a little expensive for the quality.Customer Review: Well Made

Well made product I have the small round one and this one and they both have worked great and are well made products. I do not wash them in the dish washer, wash by hand. I know that they will last me years. For me they have been a good purchase.Customer Review: Great Pan!!

I have used this pan several times and I am extremely happy with it!! The non-stick surface is really good and the pan is a good weight...not flimsy at all. A very fun shape for the traditional cheesecake!
