This is another great set from KitchenAid. The scissors are nice and sharp, the best color ever (pink) and durable. The handles are not soft silicon but hard plastic which is a bit of a dissapointment but doesn't effect the usability of these. I love the herb snips - they are my favorite. They are the perfect size for snipping fresh oregano and chives. I haven't used the poultry shears on a bird since I'm a vegetarian but I use them when I make salad. I can easily cut up lettuce, celery, etc.
The only negative I can say is the general purpose shears are the same ones in the large Kitchenaid knife set and the ones they sold individually. So, I have three pairs of the same scissors (I got the single pair first, then the knife set and then the scissors set). I'll find a use for them but I think they could remove that pair and sell just a four piece set a little cheaper.
Overall this is a good value for the money. It's getting harder and harder to find the pink KitchenAid line so go for it and get these. You won't be disappointed.
