This product arrived timely and as advertised. It make great smoke, I use it to smoke my Alaska salmon and it gave it that same flavor I grew up with in Alaska, maybe even a little better because it it did not have the bark on it like dad would sometime do if the chunk was to small. I bought the 20 # bag and wish I had ordered two now.
