First, I have been smoking a variety of meats and seafood using various woods for the past 47 years. I promtly received the product and was impressed with the quality of the wood. Used it this past weekend to smoke some salmon and was very pleased with the result. Unless you smoke food at least several times a month as I do you should probably order the smaller bag, which is in no way small.
I think you'll be very pleased with this company and their products.
