This is the only filter that would fit your ENA5 so don't try anything else. The ENA5 notified me on display "Replace Filter" I went here at AMAZON as I always do for anything I need, and bought this. It showed up in a tiny box, I opened it and replace the old one. The 67879s I bought from Amazon do not taper like the image nor do they fit in the F7 Jura Capressa water tank as promised. The image shown in the page is of the 64553 which does fit the F7 etc and cost a bit more.Customer Review: Good quality Jura products
