Customer Review: Mid Sized Orange X: am I getting all the juice?

Let's start with the good-- and as long as I'm not wasting any juice, there are only good things to say about the mid-sized (white, does the color matter?) Orange X.
I agree with most of the other reviews-- it has a great looking design. In terms of ease, I've never experienced an easier manual juicer. I've been using leverage juicers for many years. Perhaps it's the ease with which it fully presses down that makes me wonder if I'm leaving anything behind in the rind. That and the fact there seems to be a lot of heavy "cells" which appear unpressed. I tried squeezing these weighty rinds with a hand juicer to see if there was any juice left behind, but nothing significant.
It may be true, as pointed out in another review, that with rotating or "twister" juicers, you end up getting more pulp, which increase the volume in the glass. There is also the "bitter oils" factor, that this juicer may be designed to stop short of pressing the skin to avoid bitterness. Nonetheless, I think I'll try the rubber shims mentioned in one review to see if I'm leaving anything behind, just to solve my curiosity.
If anyone has any input on this, please share.
By the way, how I ended up buying the mid-sized Orange X was because I had purchased the Orange X "Ojex" (I think that's what it was called-- the small one that also has a cool design). That was a big mistake! It pitched forward when juicing and required super human strength-- developing Popeye biceps on my right arm!

Put a glass under the juicer, place half an orange or grapefruit on the raised stainless-steel cone, and press the handle down. The wide, deep funnel top closes over the fruit, pressing every bit of pulp onto the cone to get every last drop of juice. It doesn't take a lot of strength to press down this handle, unlike the case with some other juicers, and the pulp left in the skin is completely flattened, a testament to this juicer's strength and thoroughness.
