Customer Review: My Third Pair

My first pair of Joyce Chen scissors were bought over 10 years ago as a present for my mom. She loved them so much that I bought a pair for myself. And I just recently bought another pair for my mom after she accidentally threw her pair away in the trash.
What makes these scissors fantastic are that they're light and fits petite hands - a real benefit for my mom. The handle is made of super hard plastic and is very comfortable to hold. The actual scissors are incredibly strong and can cut through chicken bones, hard plastic cases, etc. without losing any of its sharpness.
I believe these scissors claim they never need to be sharpened. My mom had hers for over 10 years and I've had mine for about 9 years, and they're still as sharp as they were. I've never had a problem with putting them through the washer and having them rust. (My mom loves hers so much she hand washes because she doesn't want to chance it.)
All in all, a great, great pair of scissors that I will continue to stockpile for my family, especially for usually $20 a pair.
